Includes: extended 2-hour visit during regular cafe hours, permission to bring cake, simple table decoration, staff support at cake moment, souvenirs for guests, exclusive table. Maximum 15 kids and 17 adults.
On top of base rate: $5,000 per kid (entry) + $10,000 adult minimum consumption. Playground access is included in the minimum consumption.
$45,000 deposit to lock the date. After 2 hours, departure tolerance is 10 min; beyond that a $27,500 surcharge applies. No entertainment or candy bar allowed. Only the cake can be brought in.

Private birthday parties range from $461,800 ARS (Kids Club Escapada, weekday morning) to $1,300,000 ARS (All Inclusive, weekend afternoon), with base capacity for 22 kids and 24 adults. The non-private Cumple Express adds $55,000 to the regular cafe visit ($5,000 per kid + $10,000 minimum consumption per adult).
Private events run for 2 hours 30 minutes plus 15 minutes tolerance. You get 30 minutes before the start to decorate the venue. Cumple Express is a 2-hour extended visit during regular cafe hours.
Kids Club Cafe is designed for children 6 months to 7 years old. Ball pit, maze, zipline, slide, baby zone and Montessori area cover the full age range.
